We know that everyone of our customers is different, some rent out their properties, others keep them for their personal use.
Our aim is to give you the time to get the most out of your property and the area.
To achieve this we're very flexible about what we do and when. Our perfect knowledge of both British and French culture and our local network means we can provide the best level of service. With a friendly and professional approach we're confident we'll able to meet all your property management needs.
We know that it's often the little things that matter. From cleaning and laundry, to restocking firewood or getting a broken window repaired, we can take care of it all.
Because of the nature of our business it's very hard to come up with an exhaustive list of what we do, but to give you an idea we've listed some of our services below.
Ongoing property management
- preparing the property before guests arrive (including checking everything works and switching on the heating and water)
- shopping (from getting a snack for you if you're out late at night to buying garden furniture!)
- handing over the keys to guests on arrival
- collecting keys on departure
- dealing with problems and "emergencies" in the property (for example, repairs, blocked sinks or lost keys)
- cleaning the apartment when you or your guests depart
- laundering bed linen and towels
- clearing snow
- looking after the garden
- carrying out regular inspections when the property is not being used.
Refurbishment and repairs
- constructing shelves, cupboards and inner dividing walls
- general woodwork, plasterwork, floor and wall tiling, painting and basic plumbing work (eg. changing taps)
- organisation of skilled renovation work (eg. roofing, electricity and building work), including obtaining quotes and negotiating real local rates
- buying and installing various items (from TVs and DVD players to shower curtains, garden furniture and patio awnings).
Administration and language services
- managing access to your property for local gas, electricity, telephone and internet providers
- registering UK vehicles with French licence plates so you can leave the vehicle in France
- translating documents from French into English or English into French
- language assistance for major purchases or meetings with local authorities
- representation at your property's AGM (annual general meeting).
