Buying a property
Alexia and Dave
We started working with Alexia and Dave in September 2006, first organising long-term rental accommodation in the local area, then sourcing suitable property opportunities.
With our help they are now in the final stages of buying a farmhouse near Morillon. This is what they've said about us:

Joanne and Sean
We first met Joanne and Sean in February 2006 and helped them find suitable property and land opportunities over that summer.
We found an ideal plot of land in Samoens last Autumn and accompanied them through the land buying process and building permit application in conjunction with our architect. Our knowledge of local procedures and our determination meant that we were able to obtain the building permit in the record time of four months.
Work on the foundations of Joanne and Sean's dream chalet is scheduled to start this September.

"Until we saw their new website we wouldn't have believed that Alex and Maddy looked after anybody else apart from us! We have been working with them since March 2007 and from this date they changed our lives. Prior to Alex & Maddy we were unable to rent out our chalet because we were let down by local agencies offering a chalet management service. However good things come to those who wait and thus far, they have surpassed any expectations we had. Not only do they handle our chalet changeovers, but they have carried out many jobs for us that we are unable to do while based in the UK. We are most pleased with all the chalet refurb work that Alex has completed and look forward to embarking on new projects with him. We hope that this is the beginning of a long relationship."

A farmhouse for ten
The Robinson family's renovated farmhouse is situated at a central point between the resorts of Les Carroz, Les Gets and Samoens.
With up to 10 family members or friends staying at one time, they appreciate that we are n hand to prepare for their arrival and to make sure everything goes smoothly during their stay. Because not everybody always arrives at the airport at the same time, our fully-licenced airport transport service is especially handy.
"One of our biggest worries of owning a house abroad was finding a good, reliable management service. Maddy and Alex have made the whole experience completely hassle-free and have left us with nothing more to do than enjoy our Alpine home!"
Changeover management in Sixt
Kate and Mark rent out their 3-bedroom chalet in Sixt Fer à Cheval during the summer and winter seasons.
We manage their guest changeovers, making sure everything is clean and in perfect working order. We also hand over keys and are on call for emergencies throughout the guests' stay. During the off season period, we carry out any necessary refurbishments and maintain the gardens.
Serene in Samoens
Frances and Paul keep their new chalet in the Samoens Valley for their personal use. We prepare the property before each of their regular visits, switching on electricity, water and heating, clearing snow in the winter and delivering fresh linen. In the summer months we also mow the lawns and keep the grounds tidy.
Apartment management in Samoens
John and Helen's new apartments in Samoens are ideally placed for fast access to the ski-lifts - popular with winter holiday makers. We manage everything to do with the rentals, including administration, bookings, changeover and any troubleshooting during the guests' stay.
